This is an art quilt in a patriotic themed crazy quilt form. It was made by thirteen members of our local Daughters of the American Revolution chapter. It is entered into the fiber arts part of the yearly American Heritage contest for DAR members. There were quite a few rules to follow and I guess we didn't do too bad. There was some ripping and gnashing of teeth when some didn't adhere to the rules that really mattered. First, the quilt is entered into the state contest and winners will be chosen. If our quilt is chosen, then it goes to DC for entry into the national/international contest. Wish us luck!
It's been so long since I've posted photos that I had to learn all over.
